What You Get With Your Plans
All drawings are prepared using the latest Softplan to insure accuracy and precision. Drawings can be produced to the detail level of the customer (generally drawn to the 1/8" but certain details and specifications may be drawn as detailed as the 1/64").

Foundation Plan • A fully detailed drawing showing all notes and dimensions needed to construct the foundation. Common foundation types are slabs, crawl space, daylight basement, and basement.
• Foundation Plans include footers, walls, waterproofing requirements, drainage requirements, vent locations etc… Sample
• Floor Plans • Fully detailed drawings showing all notes and dimensions needed to construct the main living floors of the home as well as exterior decks, porches, and attached garages. • These drawings show each level of the home, indicating the dimensions of rooms and the location of walls, windows, stairs, cabinets, plumbing fixtures, interior finishes, special notes etc…
• Exterior Elevations
• These drawings show the front, rear, and sides of the home, and include notes on exterior materials, details and measurements.
• Cross Sections , Interior Elevations and Details
• Foundation wall, Exterior wall, and Interior wall cross sections.
• Cross-section of Floor, Roof, and Ceiling systems.
• Cross-section of Stairs.
• Elevations of Cabinets, Fireplaces, Built in shelves and other interior features
• General Specifications
• Provide general instructions and information regarding structure, excavating and grading, masonry and concrete work, carpentry, thermal and moisture protection, and specifications about drywall, tile, flooring glazing, caulking and sealants.
